Warm-up times:
Thursday: 4:00 pm CHECK IN
FIRST
Friday, Saturday and
Sunday: 13/O in the water at 7:00 am CHECK IN AFTER
WARM-UPS 12/U behind the blocks at 7:55 am CHECK IN BEFORE
WARM-UPS!!!
Team meeting each am promptly at
8:45 am. If you are in the first event, get ready before
coming to the meeting!!! Team meeting each day for finals
immediately following afternoon warm-ups. We will take a team
picture on Saturday am after warm-ups. If you are only there
on Fri or Sun or for relays only you may want to consider coming in
for the picture, it is up to you.
PLEASE do not leave the meet any
day without first checking out with your coaches. If you made
finals, you will be told when to come back for warm-ups.
Everyone needs to check to see if they are in relays. Jeff
will be putting together the 13/14 and 15/18 relays each day.
Relays may change depending on performance at the meet.
Relays are $4.00 each and will be collected from the Age Group
swimmers at JO's. Please look for Sue to take care of
this. Do not give it to any of the coaches. Jeff's
Seniors have already been charged for relays.
Estimated timelines:
Thursday 7:30 pm (alternating
women/men fastest to slowest. You will need your own counter
and timer.
Friday am session ending about
1:25 Estimated start of finals 3:00 pm (we would warm-up one
hour prior to finals) end of finals 6:15 pm
Sat am session ending about
2:40 Estimated start of finals 4:00 pm (we would warm up one
hour prior to finals) end of finals 7:30 pm
Sun am session ending about 12:30
pm Estimated start of finals 2:00 pm (we would warm up one hour
prior to finals) end of finals 5:15 pm.
Relay only swimmers for Sat and
Sun:
You do not need to check in, only
with the NCA coaches. Sat we would need you there at 5:00
pm. We will get you in for warm-ups. There will be some
lag time before your event. Enjoy watching JO's and hanging
out with your relay buddies!!! Sunday we would need you there
at 3:30 pm. Again, same scenario as above!! Check in
with us and get your JO cap and t shirt. All relay only
swimmers need to bring a check to NCA for $15.00. $7.00
surcharge and $4.00 per relay.
NCA jobs at JO's:
We are responsible for timing in
lanes 3 and 4 (2 chairs for each lane the entire meet).
Thursday swimmers need their own timers.
We are also responsible for being
a head timer on Thur night and a deck marshall on Sun finals
session.
The sign up sheet for all these
jobs will be posted on the coaches tarp. Everyone needs to
pitch in and help (except relay only swimmers).
Officials: I will be
sending out requests after this e mail!!!
Swimmers remember your secret
psyche...either a poster or card to wish them luck and a no more
than $2.00 gift!!! Sunday it will be revealed who your secret
psyche was!! Please don't leave anyone out!!! If you do
not know who you should have, e mail Sue!!!
Potential relay swimmers:
10/U girls: Mia, Emily,
Kate and Anasia (set in stone!!! no illness or injuries!!)
10/U boys: Steven, Dennis,
Ian, Nolan, Conor, Kenny, Noah, Connor (set in stone, same as
above!!)
11/12 girls: Lindsay, Sarah A, Tara, Cora, Jessie P,
Samantha, Sarah E, Jordan, Taylor, Sydney
11/12 boys: Josh, Tyler,
Nicholas, Marcelo, Darren, Aaron, Tim, Paul, James, Ryan,
Nikolai
Again, Jeff will put together the
13/14 and 15/18 relays.
